• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Some products (personal care, perishable items) cannot be returned — check product description.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchange

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.
• Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange.
